Case Study All comprehension questions answered correctly; demonstrating an application of knowledge of the topic case study. Each training resource and assessment tools are designed to support the learning outcomes and performance criteria for each unit of work.

The suggested word count is a basic guide only and as such can be exceeded. The general guidelines is to keep it at 10% difference – so either 10% under or 10% over is acceptable, unless otherwise stated. Any quotes, references and your bibliography/reference list are not included in your word count.

If you get stuck with an assignment or have a question relating to the learning materials, your tutors are available to provide guidance and feedback. You can contact them via the email link on our website, or via email. Tutors will respond to all enquiries and are available for your convenience.

Yes, you can. Simply email your tutor a copy of your work for review.

No. You can submit your assignments when you are ready.

Occasionally students are unable to view PDF files on Apple Mac and iPads. This is a common problem with Apple products and there are several steps you can take to fix this problem.

  1. Update your version of Adobe Reader.
  2. Configure your computer/device to open Adobe Reader.
  3. Right click on the file and save to a location on your computer. Navigate to the location where you saved the file to open the PDF.

If you are still unable to open the PDF file after following these instructions, you may need to contact your technical support provider to solve this issue.

Occasionally due to routine maintenance, our elearning website may not be available. However, we aim to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Yes! You will receive a Certificate or Diploma upon successful completion of your assessment.

You will need a competent level of English to complete your course. If you need further information about your English language competency, please contact us.

Yes. Our courses are delivered completely online via our elearning system. There are no on campus or work placements required.

Course materials are supplied in an online environment. Unless otherwise stated in the course description, course materials are available for viewing online and may not be downloaded. Hard copy versions are available for purchase upon request. Please contact us for a quote for printed materials.

No. Our courses are assessed via written exercises and assignments and all assignments are submitted online via our elearning system. There are no on-campus requirements for our students.

In order to successfully complete the course, you will need to complete all of of the assignments. We use a competency-based assessment; if you do not receive a ‘Competent/Pass’ grade you will be asked to resubmit your assignment. You are able to submit your work for marking three (3) times only. If you do not pass your assignment on the third attempt, you will need to re-enrol into the unit (charges apply).

If you require assistance with the course materials and need a concept explained further, please email with your query and your tutor will respond promptly and personally. Your assigned tutor will guide you through the course materials, help you with any problems and provide feedback on your assignments.

No. Everything that you need to complete the course is provided online for your convenience. However, optional hard copy versions of the online materials are available for purchase. Please contact us to request a quote.

Yes! Because we offer unlimited elearning access, you can take a break whenever you like!
